By accessing and using The Postbox Project ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Postbox Project is a platform that allows users to send physical postcards to recipients. We handle the printing and mailing of postcards on your behalf through third-party printing and postal services.

3. Service Availability

The Postbox Project is currently only available in the United States. Postcards can only be sent to and from addresses within the United States.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Send unsolicited mail or spam
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Payment & Pricing

Postcard sending is a paid service. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and include printing and postage costs. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a postcard fails to be delivered due to our error.

7. Delivery

We work with postal services to deliver your postcards. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by users, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content (images, text) you submit through our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your postcard orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Postbox Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
